TIMING SYSTEM
| Take
advantage of the precision, speed, consistency and ease-of-use
of state-of-the-art Electronic Timing Systems to replace hand
timing at your Trials and in training. |
 |
PROGRAMMABLE
CONTROLLER
The controller is menu driven with features that enable
you to customize the program to your trial or training exercises.
|
FEATURES
Time Allowed:
Program to automatically calculate and report time faults.
Maximum Course Time: Program as a factor of time
allowed or exact maximum time.
Time Faults: Rounded to next lower second, next full
second or scored to .01 or .001 of a second.
Faults Per Second: The faults per second (1,2 or
3) can be selected based on the class and reported along with the
actual course time.
Time Format: Select time to .01 seconds or .001 seconds.
Or select Minutes & Seconds to .01 or .001 seconds.
Finish Eyes On or Off: The finish line eye can be
left on or turned off after the beam at obstacle 1 is broken until
it is manually reactivated. This feature will allow the last obstacle
on the course to be embedded elsewhere on the course without stopping
the time.
Restart: In the event the timer is accidentally stopped
during the middle of a run (such as an off course dog crosses the
last obstacle during the middle of its run and stops the timer or
a zealous jump crew person resets a bar and in doing so stops the
timer), simply press “Restart” any time before the course
is completed and timing is restored with no lost time.
Multiple Previous Times Saved: The 100 previous times
along with time penalty for reference.
PA Connection/Horn: The controller automatically
sounds a horn at the expiration of Maximum Course Time, the end of
a Walkthru or for gaming events like gambler’s choice, the controller
can be set to sound a horn at two different times. A PA system or
optional Horn is required to operate this feature. The PA system provides
volume control of the horn sound. Different horn tones are selectable
on the controller to help reduce confusion between adjacent rings.
If a PA connection is not available, the optional Automatic Horn can
be connected to the controller to provide a loud buzzer tone without
a PA system.
Remote Low Battery Reporting: The batteries in the
Electronic Eyes last over 70 hours and provide several hours warning
before expiring, a condition automatically displayed on the controller.
Alignment Status: Alignment status of each electronic
eye is always present on the display.
Compatibility with Optional Equipment: All cables
for printers, computer connection and display board plug directly
into the Controller. No complex connectors or orientation required.
WalkThru Time: Course walkthrough time can be set
and counted down on the controller and on the optional scoreboard.
At the expiration of the walkthrough, the horn is sounded. |
